Chocolate as a health food?

For the latest fashion of chocolate and wine pairing, we became intrigued by the statement of one of his supporters, stating that the chocolate is healthier than cheeses to pair your favorite wine with apparently great defenders of cheese, we'll find out that chocolate has many impressive health benefits.

Any chocolate lover knows that it is doing well. This may be one reason why many of us are prone to eat too much. So eating chocolate is fighting against cancer, prevent heart disease, improves brain function and will do you the joy and we are not even mentioned all the vitamins and minerals it contains. But, of course, is the warning: the terrible Word, which always appears whenever we discuss nutrition or healthy eating, "Moderation."
